Coaching is your direct access to results. With our coaching memberships, not only will you have a 100% custom program, but you’ll receive direct instruction to extract the best results through your private or semi-private coaching sessions. During your session you can expect clarity into effective intensity levels of your training and/or exercises, direct instruction and cueing on your movement patterns to simultaneously deliver maximum safety and effectiveness, clear explanation of the mental focus you should apply to training and its variables, all with a built in accountability format of consistent scheduling and training appointments with the coach.


➞ NUTRITION: the true key

FOCUSED | SIMPLE | REAL

It’s certainly no secret, but dialing in nutrition is the true key to unlocking true potential and making incredible strides. To increase effectiveness of training and optimize results, your nutrition must take a priority. Fortunately, our nutrition strategies are simple, effective, and based on real nutrition science so you know they’ll work. By adding nutrition coaching, you’ll receive simple but powerful strategies for building habits and actions that will propel you forward in your fitness and health goals. During your private nutrition sessions, you can expect a foolproof framework to follow, lessons that pertain to your immediate obstacles, and clear cut objectives to practice each week in overcoming them, building a library of personalized nutritional strategies that continually promote your success. Add in the accountability of your nutrition coach, and you won’t see anything other than continued progress.


➞ DIRECTION: a targeted approach

PROGRAMS | DETAILS | INTENSITY

Direction is the targeted approach to your fitness destination. To provide clear direction along your fitness journey, Hero Gym implements 100% customized programs. Programs offer not only direction in training (strength phase followed by a hypertrophy phase for example), but also provide the specific details supporting that direction: block training, exercise selection and order, rep/set schemes, intensity levels, tempo, and progressions. This Self-Guided membership is best suited to the individual who has a training history, has successfully followed programs in the past, or has plateaued in their own training and just need the right training stimulus to get over that hump. With this option you can expect a self-guided, 100% customized program that you’ll follow at your own pace and schedule. Think of it as the instruction manual to your goals.

Hero Gym is a place for people of all fitness levels to come together and achieve goals that, at one point in life, maybe seemed unachievable.
