Form & Control

Form and control.

Don’t rush your workouts or the exercises in them.

The idea is to target specific muscles through exercises, thus, training them.

It doesn’t happen by simply going through the motions.

Your mind/muscle connection is important.

Proper loading is important (for the right stimulus and safety).

Being able to maintain position through the exercise is important.

I think people appreciate a professional and scientific approach to training. Because non scientific simply doesn’t work.

When you work under the tutelage of a skilled coach with plenty of experience, your progress isn’t a maybe, it’s a certainty.

What progress are you wanting to make this year? Would you rather get there in a predictable and calculated amount of time, or spend three times longer before giving up because you still aren’t close yet?

Your health and fitness is an investment on the level of experience you have in life.

What experience do you want?
