self guided

$249/4 week block

Our Self Guided Memberships suit the trained individual who is looking for a change to their regimen or has plateaued in their current pursuit of progress. Nutrition Coaching can be added on to this membership option. Our Self Guided Plan bills every 4 week block and includes:

  • 12 Week Intensive

  • 100% Customized Training Plan (from 2x-4x Workouts per Week)

  • Structurally Updated Training Plan to match your progress

  • 24/7 Gym Access

 

open gym

$99/4 week block

Our Open Gym Membership is for the individual who has both experience in the gym and likes to direct their own training process. In order to maintain your safety, the gym training culture, and proper use of all equipment, we require an assessment to qualify for Open Gym training. Our Open Gym Plan bills every 4 week block and includes:

  • 24/7 Gym Access

  • Cancel Anytime
