Form and control. Don’t rush your workouts or the exercise in them. The idea is to target specific muscles through exercises, thus, training them. It doesn’t happen by simply going through the motions.
Don’t Shrink, Just Grow
One last set in today’s practice. I have absolutely loved this last program. It’s been a challenge but doable. It reinforced the skill of consistency without being overwhelming.

One thing I notice is that activity brings happiness. The more I take on and the more I do, the more satisfied and fulfilled my life feels.I love being fit. It’s like driving a precision vehicle around in life. But I don’t train necessarily just to be fit. I do it so I can participate more in my own life.
